Field and Sales Manager

Duties:

• Provide assistance to the field officers and respond to calls for service in between sales

• Oversee sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue- Monitor and analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement- Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity- Lead and coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely completion of deliverables- Identify business development opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients

Assist the day and Swing officers will calls for service

Conduct in person sales to property managers

ADDITIONAL PERKS

Monday- Friday schedule. Commissions on every new client brought in by you during sales. Bonuses based on performance. Raises are given for every 5 new clients brought in on top of your commissions for the new clients. Paid time off.
