We are currently looking for multiple in-office and remote positions at Allstate. We are seeking three Licensed Sales Professionals (LSPs) to join our team in San Jose, California. We are an ELITE Allstate MEGA agency. The responsibility of a Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) is to generate as much commission and bonus money as possible to support yourself and/or your family.

After your first 90 days on the job and with excellent performance, your starting salary has the potential to increase.

Licensed Sales Professional

In this role, you will be provided with the equipment needed for the job, access to Allstate and brokerage products to sale, and a list of potential leads to contact for selling these products. Your task is to reach out to these leads and offer them the insurance solutions they requested. After training, you will also have the ability to utilize our extensive business resources for cross-selling opportunities. You will also learn how to expand your personal business to generate referral opportunities from the clients you work with.

To qualify for the Licensed Sales Professional position, you must hold a valid California Property and Casualty insurance license.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred) but no experienced is accepted. We will train you.
