Job Description:

Orion Carport, DBA of Calstate Energy Inc., is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the execution of PV carport and rooftop systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction. This role entails managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, optimizing resources, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and installation teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

• Coordinate with engineering team to review designs and ensure structural integrity and feasibility.

• Oversee logistics related to material procurement, transportation, and site deliveries.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Identify opportunities for business expansion and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in business development and expanding market presence is highly desirable.

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. It is designed to attract top talent in the industry while aligning with the budgetary considerations of Calstate Energy Inc.

Minimum Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
