As a Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty, and expanding our customer base. You will be critical in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service

Providing customers with product knowledge

Providing fast and accurate solutions personalized to each customer

Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Educating potential customers about your company's products or services and how they can benefit them.

Closing sales by obtaining a commitment from a potential customer to purchase services.

Answering customer questions, and resolving customer problems.
