  • Responsibilities

    Looking for a capable individual to oversee multiple condominium and homeowner's associations in King of Prussia, PA. Prior experience in community management (Condominium) is preferred, but other relevant skills will also be considered. - The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for providing management, direction, and support to ensure that the properties in the portfolio align with the goals of each association and CAMCO. - This role requires strong capabilities in property management, project management, time management, and customer service. - Must have the flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, and be able to handle emergencies efficiently. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence. • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client. Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets. • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable. • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance. Qualifications: • Experience in condominium or homeowner association management is preferred • Prior experience in community management, particularly in Condominiums, is highly valued for this role. • Relevant skills beyond condominium management will also be considered for the Portfolio Manager position. • The ideal candidate for this role should have strong abilities in property management, project management, time management, and customer service. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
