********** Campbell's Pool and Spa is hiring and continues to grow! We are immediately seeking solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. We are in need of Pool and Spa service technicians for our upcoming busy season and going forward. This position is responsible to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool and hot tub maintenance services to every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of assigned number of swimming pools and spas each week.
• The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• The ability to handle physical workload
• The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office
• Pool & Spa equipment diagnostics and repair
• Pool Openings & Closings
• Pool Equipment installations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction on all jobs
• Following up on consumer repairs and warranty work
• Represent Campbell’s Pool and Spa and ascertain clients’ needs and set expectation on first time and one-off cleans and/or maintenance
• Record all materials and products used on site for invoicing purposes
• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities
• Collect data, take notes and pictures on a job site and report back to office
• Maintain high presentation standards in vehicle, uniforms and stationery

We are looking for reliable long-term employees who want to help us expand our service division of 26 years.

• Ability to learn quickly & work independently with excellent time management skills
• Adaptable to work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• A strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality able to commute to Westborough
• Availability and energy to work approximately 50 hours per week, Monday thru Friday with availability on Saturdays
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Able to work with others in a team atmosphere
• Vehicles and Equipment provided during working hours
• Pay Rate is based on experience
• Experience in HVAC or any other technical troubleshooting field is helpful and preferred, but not necessary

STARTING PAY IS $19-$22/HOUR

EXPERIENCE:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical experience a plus
• Driver License Required
