    The Community Manager Intern will be an integral part of fulfilling CANOPY's day-to-day operations and delivering overall member excellence. The Community Manager Intern acts as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of CANOPY and how we conduct ourselves with members at all times, so excellence in every interaction is essential. An internship with CANOPY is an opportunity to participate in building out a premier workspace brand defining the future of workspace in San Francisco - and beyond. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Graciously welcome guests and members as they arrive; build rapport with members, engaging them in conversation, and serving them with care and attention any chance you get. Take immediate action to communicate and resolve any issues encountered in the space. Manage the front desk and support Team CANOPY with ad-hoc projects ranging from facilities to marketing and events to sales and lead generation; work on data science-related assignments - helping to analyze our CRM data set for trends/drivers / KPI's. Stay on top of general day-to-day administration, as well as mail service management, promptly delivering mail to members directly in the office. Assist in putting together marketing collateral, support event management, and work community events. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of CANOPY and how we conduct ourselves with members at all times. Work with the team to assess growth opportunities. Key Qualities: A passionate team player with excellent drive, fantastic presentation, and impeccable phone manner, as well as a natural aptitude for customer service. An expert relationship builder, able to interact with new people in any social setting, as well as maintain a strong personal network. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail. An understanding and passion for the entrepreneurial community. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask. Pluses: 3+ years in a customer-facing role, office reception, or as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality or service industry. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop in particular) 1+ years working in a startup, entrepreneurial environment
