About the Position

Are you an energetic, outgoing individual ready to make a real impact? Our well-known remodeling company is seeking a motivated Canvassing Field Representative to join our high-performing team. As a field representative, you'll be the face of our brand—generating leads and building relationships directly with homeowners in our community.

Position Responsibilities

· Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door-to-door (D2D) outreach.

· Initiate friendly conversations to introduce our remodeling services and identify potential customers.

· Collect and record accurate lead information for our sales team to follow up.

· Distribute brochures, answer questions, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to improve canvassing techniques.

· Monitor and report on daily canvassing activity and results.

Requirements

· Previous experience with door-to-door canvassing, sales, or customer service preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Spanish (Spanish proficiency required).

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.

· Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

· Ability to walk for several hours and approach new people confidently.

· Reliable transportation to assigned territories.

· Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

· Competitive base hourly rate: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule and Location

· Schedule Varies. Must be available to work weekends.

· Field work is required; canvassing takes place in various residential areas around Dublin and surrounding communities.

· Some travel between neighborhoods may be necessary; mileage reimbursement provided.
