Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ESL Teacher to join our team! As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for organizing courses for non-native speakers with diverse activities and methods that cover speaking, writing, and comprehending the English language. You will create individualized lesson plans for each student and evaluate their progress. The ideal candidate is able to motivate students and build positive relationships with parents and teachers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare classroom and course materials

Assign homework and exams

Create individualized education plans

Create a supportive and positive classroom environment

Maintain records of student attendance and grades

Inform parents about student progress

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an ESL teacher or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of ESL teaching methods

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized

A calm and patient personality

ESL or TESOL certified
