    I own a growing Real Estate Sales business located in Fairfax, Virginia. I need an assistant to help me implement and manage several marketing systems, track their performance and make appropriate changes to maximize investment and lead/prospects capture and conversion, work with vendors to make changes to websites, make changes to presentations and marketing material, keep track of office paperwork, add prospects and listings/property information to our customer management system and MLS, track contract deadlines, interact with clients, vendors, Outside Sales Agents, Inside Sales Associates and Transaction Coordinators, and take care of other details that go along with running a real estate business. Responsibilities: • Manage the office day-to-day operations • Maintain office expenses; pay monthly bills etc. • Prepare contract offers for broker’s review • Assist the agents with additional administrative support • Manage office listings and closing out files • Data entry to keep track of all files so that no deadlines are missed • Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as with a team, prioritize, think critically and proactively, and meet critical deadlines. • Onboarding and training real estate agents • Creating, printing, and sending pieces of direct mail • Communicating with and assisting clients throughout the home buying/selling process • Oversee inventory of supplies (food, cleaning, office supplies) • Other duties as required Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign) • Must have some experience working in Real Estate • Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible • Must be computer savvy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong work ethic and dedication • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Problem-solving skills and project management ability • Good attitude and energy • No real estate license required • Bilingual - Spanish required Compensation: $36,000 - $40,000 yearly
