We are seeking a full-time SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST to support Capsa Healthcare's portfolio of products to customers in the extended care market of the business.
The posted base salary range is not inclusive of commissions. This position has the opportunity to earn up to an additional 35% in commissions on an annualized basis.
Our ideal candidate will help to build a positive service and support experience for external customers through a myriad of liaison efforts. This role is crucial in promoting Capsa's image and brand value with customers through clear, considerate and timely communication via phone and written forms. This position may be located anywhere in the U.S. but must be able to support east coast customers with a schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, M-F (7:00am to 4:00pm CT / 6:00am to 3:00pm MT / 5:00am to 2:00pm PT).
