POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Wealth Client Services Associate (Client Management Consultant) uses specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist Financial Advisors in providing excellent client service to individual investors and families. This position provides day-to-day client support, project management assistance, and resolves issues as well as recommend solutions to moderately complex problems. Extensive contact with Financial Advisors, clients, internal business partners, and operational teams at various custodians.
