    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Wealth Client Services Associate (Client Management Consultant) uses specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist Financial Advisors in providing excellent client service to individual investors and families. This position provides day-to-day client support, project management assistance, and resolves issues as well as recommend solutions to moderately complex problems. Extensive contact with Financial Advisors, clients, internal business partners, and operational teams at various custodians.   

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as a liaison between home office departments and the Financial Advisors and their clients to research and resolve escalated issues regarding clients’ accounts communicated via phone, correspondence, email, and online inquiries
    • Follows issues from discovery and/or inception to final resolution and communication to client
    • Works with Financial Advisors and Financial Advisor Relationship Managers to determine best methods to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction in a courteous and compliant manner
    • Follows-up quickly and effectively, either verbally or in writing, to ensure client satisfaction
    • Reviews, maintains, and documents contacts and activities as required, including entering data into CRM and populating spreadsheets and formal reports
    • Receives request for (and accurately submits) trade requests and portfolio rebalancers
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5 years’ experience in similar capacity at brokerage firm, bank or other financial institution

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

    • Investment methodologies and terminology knowledge
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Able to work independently
    • Proactive and meets deadlines
