    The CAR T Warehouse Logistics Specialist function will be responsible for managing the commercial samples shipping process (domestic and international) to the cGMP Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing Plant. The candidate must have supply chain experience.

    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all international shipping activities including preparing managing shipping documents and managing couriers for international shipping in physical flow and system flow.

    Additionally, the Logistics specialist will communicate with receiving site and requestor as a sending site point of contact to inform any issues with the shipment as well as elevate issues

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all commercial international sample shipping process
    • Manage all commercial invoices and generate SLI (Shipper’s letter of instruction)
    • Manage sample pick up time/date and communication with Courier
    • Manage all commercial samples in the Janssen request portal
    • Manage system sample inventories via eLIMs (e.g. change locations from sending site and verify location change upon receiving )
    • Manage physical sample inventories in the warehouse
    • Act as a warehouse point of contact from receiving site for all international sample shipping

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in pharmaceutical GMP Manufacturing Operations is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other warehouse management tools.
    • Cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to network with different functional areas and integrate cross-functional deliverables.
    • Strong oral interpersonal and written communications skills.
    • At least 4 years background in Logistics and/or export related fields, pharmaceutical environment preferred.
    • Supply Chain background
    • Ability to engage all levels of the organization, from site leadership to the warehouse floor
    • Proven experience working and leading in a matrix environment
    • Ability to lead with influence
    • Able to manage to shift priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic, growing environment, while providing clear direction to team members
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills

    Education :

    • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience required

    Other :

    • Availability to work Sunday - Wednesday, 7AM - 5:30PM

    Additional Information:

    • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
    • This position is overtime eligible
