Job Description

We are looking for the right person to join our Customer Service team. You will sit at the poker table and pay and take poker chips at designated casinos in Miami for the purpose of confirming that the game is being run according to state licensing rules.

WE ARE OPEN TO PART-TIME (30 HOURS PER WEEK) AND FULL-TIME. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a designated player at designated gaming tables
• Understand how to play specific card games run by the casino.
• Report to supervisor all incidents, mistakes, or questions.
• Count poker chips of all denominations hourly and give results to the supervisor
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Must be willing to travel within the Miami area
