Salary: $42,000 -$45,000 per year + mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Care Team Scheduler & Support Lead to help us ensure every shift is covered, every client is supported, and every caregiver feels prepared. This is a leadership-level role that blends caregiver scheduling, team support, and occasional field work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily caregiver schedules based on client needs and availability

• Monitor clock-ins, shift fulfillment, and caregiver attendance through Alora Plus

• Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers, clients, and family members

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure caregiver fit and performance

• Fill in for urgent field shifts when absolutely necessary

• Document missed visits and coordinate with the billing team for accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Two or more years of experience in home care scheduling, coordination, or direct care

• Experience with hiring or onboarding is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and caregiver scheduling systems

• Experience using Alora Plus is a plus

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
