    Utility Pipe Crew Foreman

    Salary range: $45 - $73K

    Our client, one of the largest commercial concrete construction companies in the Cincinnati area, holds a strong reputation of success and quality, as well as being an award-winning developer.  Established in 2005, they focus on commercial and municipal site development projects.  They also have a full-service staff of talented concrete construction technicians who understand the importance of integrity, and desire to provide the absolute best for their customers.

    They are currently seeking a Foreman with experience in underground utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Manage crews
    • Effectively allocate the amount of man power needed per project.
    • Coordinating with Superintendents
    • Problem solve project anomalies
    • Contribute to maintain quality standards
    • Assist with the placement of pipe for projects
    • Meet with Owners, General Contractor and others in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company
    • Manage Materials

    A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of utility experience in heavy/civil construction and energy services including, large earthwork projects, site preparation, road work, stabilization, well pad and upstream and midstream pipeline construction.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to read and interpret plans / blueprints
    • Must be able to stay on schedule according to building plans.
    • Must be able to properly maintain reports and time cards.
    • Good understanding of OSHA requirements
    • Clean driving record
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • A complete background check will be required upon acceptance of employment.
