Join Our Compassionate Team at Assisting Hands Home Care – Central Milwaukee

We are seeking a reliable and caring Caregiver to support a client in Milwaukee, WI. If you enjoy helping others maintain their independence and feel fulfilled through meaningful work, this opportunity is for you.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Support with dressing and personal grooming

Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment

Prepare meals based on the client’s routine

Assist with grocery shopping

Schedule and accompany client to doctor’s appointments and lab visits

Safely assist with mobility and handling client's weight

Comfortable in a home where smoking occurs

Comfortable around cats

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Previous caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to client needs

Able to assist with mobility and light lifting

Comfortable with pets and in environments where smoking may occur

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow routines
