Join Our Compassionate Team at Assisting Hands Home Care – Central Milwaukee

We are seeking a reliable and caring Caregiver to assist a female client in maintaining her comfort, safety, and independence at home. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing quality care.

📅 Schedule:

Weekends: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with dressing and personal grooming

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Prepare meals according to the client’s preferences

Maintain a clean and safe home environment

Schedule and accompany client to physician and lab appointments

Operate Hoyer lift safely and confidently

Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience preferred (paid or unpaid)

Experience using a Hoyer lift required

Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

Able to follow routines and assist with mobility

Excellent communication and time management skills
