Caregiver – Part-Time (Evenings) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: St. Francis, WI 53235 Schedule: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking an experienced and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in St. Francis. This role requires hands-on personal care, safety awareness, and the ability to follow a structured care plan.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with dressing and personal grooming

Perform incontinence care

Prepare meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Assist with grocery shopping

Help maintain a safe and clean home environment

Schedule appointments for physicians and laboratory visits

Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift

Client Information:

Client has cats in the home

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is required

Hoyer lift experience is required

Experience with incontinence care

Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license

Comfortable working in a home with cats

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
