**Key Responsibilities: **

- Assist client with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals daily
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, MUST HAVE HOYER LIFT EXPERIENCE
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Perform medication reminders
- MUST adhere to care plans, policies, and procedures as outlined by healthcare coordinators.

**Qualifications: **

- HS preferred.
- Must be a caregiver that has experience demonstrating total care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Must have the ability to assist client with MOBILITY, TRANSFER AND HOYER LIFT EXPERIENCE.
- Reliable transportation is a + but not necessary. Being on time for your schedule is a must.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a +.
