Caregiver – Part-Time (Weekdays) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53227 Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Milwaukee. This role includes personal care assistance, companionship, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with dressing and personal grooming

Prepare simple meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Assist with grocery shopping

Help maintain a safe home environment

Assist with scheduling appointments for physicians and laboratory visits

Support client mobility and be able to assist with client weight as needed

Client Information:

Client is a smoker

Client has a cat in the home

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required

Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and mobility support

Must be comfortable working in a home with a smoker and a cat

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Reliable, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively
