Caregiver – Part-Time (Weekdays) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53225 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Caregiver to provide in-home care for a client in Milwaukee. This position requires hands-on personal care experience and the ability to follow a structured care plan while maintaining the client’s safety, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with dressing and personal grooming

Provide incontinence care

Assist with feeding tube care

Safely operate and assist with Hoyer lift transfers

Prepare simple meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Assist with grocery shopping

Help maintain a safe home environment

Schedule appointments with physicians and laboratories

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience required

Experience with Hoyer lift transfers

Experience assisting clients with feeding tubes

Ability to provide incontinence care

Must have a valid driver’s license and insured automobile

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
