Caregiver – Part-Time (Milwaukee, WI)

Join Our Compassionate Team at Assisting Hands Home Care – Central Milwaukee

We are looking for a reliable and caring Caregiver to support one of our valued male clients in Milwaukee, WI. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who are dedicated to helping clients live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with dressing and personal grooming

Grocery shopping and meal preparation

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a tidy home

Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

Schedule and assist with physician and lab appointments

Safely handle client transfers and support mobility

Operate a Hoyer lift as needed

Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience preferred (paid or unpaid)

Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to client needs

Able to safely assist with transfers and use of the Hoyer lift

Good communication and organizational skills

Commitment to maintaining client safety and dignity
