About the Role:

Americas Home & Health Care Corp is urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Los Alamitos, CA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, right in your own community.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Prior caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations in Los Alamitos, CA

Strong communication skills and a dependable, trustworthy character

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
