  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants), caregivers, HHA's (Home Health Aides), or personal care attendants. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality personal care and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Provide personal care services to clients, which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene.
    2. Assist with mobility and ambulation, ensuring client safety and preventing falls or accidents.
    3. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, adhering to specific dietary requirements or restrictions.
    4. Conduct light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying up living areas, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
    5. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversation, activities, and recreational pursuits.
    6. Accurately document and maintain records of client care, including any changes in condition or incidents, following the agency's protocols and procedures.
    7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, physical therapists, or occupational therapists, to create and implement personalized care plans for clients.
    8. Respond promptly to client and family inquiries or concerns, addressing their needs and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
    9. Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance and expand knowledge and skills relevant to caregiving and personal care.

    Requirements:
    1. Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent qualification.
    2. Proven experience as a caregiver or personal care attendant, preferably in a formal healthcare setting.
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
    4. Strong observational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to recognize changes in clients' condition.
    5. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
    6. Knowledge of basic medical terminology, principles of infection control, and emergency response procedures.
    7. Physical stamina, with the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and assist clients with mobility as necessary.
    8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
    9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs and agency scheduling.
