We at Carewatch of Michigan is an in-home care company that is looking for Home Health Aides that are independent, caring, and compassionate individuals. This position is a great way to make the lives of others easier by providing companionship, food prep, bathing, errands, and other Non-Medical services in the clients’ private homes. Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operations

Oversees the scheduling

Oversee and coordinate the delivery of care services to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care

Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and caregivers to address any concerns, provide support, and advocate for their well-being

Work closely with caregivers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Coordinate orientation and training for new hires

Provide in-person field support for clients

Identify opportunities to improve the care and services for all clients

Conduct comprehensive client assessment and supervisor visits

Build a strong relationship with all clients and caregivers

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication

Candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and independently

Reliable transportation

Detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Home Care

Knowledge of Microsoft office and enteral computer proficiency

Previous management experience; Home Care preferred
