General Contractor seeking commercial carpenter with experience in all phases of commercial fit-out work.

-The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of commercial fit-out work. Including but not limited to metal stud layout and framing. Drywall installation and finishing, commercial steel doors, frames and hardware, millwork and finished carpentry. -Must have strong communication skills to manage projects, direct employees and sub-contractors to ensure job is completed as per specifications as well as communicate with customers. -Ability to read blueprints and layout jobs as specified. -Must be able to manage jobsite, keep it clean and safe. -Must be detailed oriented, able to complete necessary paperwork for tracking material and employees on jobsite. -Valid drivers license is required.
