Carriage Mobile Homes, Inc is a family-owned Manufactured Housing Community located in Lafayette, NJ. We are looking for a talented, hardworking, person who offers top-notch service, can work independently and as part of a team, and is motivated to learn and grow as a professional.

The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience and expertise in the following areas:

Prior Experience in all aspects of home repairs

Primary focus on unit turn-overs

Secondary support for tenant repairs and community projects and property maintenance

Good Carpentry skills, some plumbing and electrical background helpful

Experience with power tools

Good math skills, including taking accurate measurements.

Computer skills for data entry to track inventory and work progress

To be successful, the right candidate has the following qualities:

Teamwork and collaboration; can-do attitude

Must be proficient with Data Entry on smart phone

Able to maintain a clean, safe work environment

Professionalism and strong work ethic

Ability to lift and move 50 lbs

Smartphone needed

Good communication skills

Strong work ethic with focus on quality, customer service and performance

Willingness to learn new techniques specific for the manufactured home industry

Must be available for weekend and after hour emergency calls

Have your own truck and tools

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7AM - 3PM, 1/2 hr mandatory lunch We promote from witin!

Background check and drug and alcohol screening required
