At CARSAN ELECTRIC, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with 3 years of experience in residential, industrial, commercial and electrical engineering projects to perform the following functions.

Supervise the project schedule tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Coordinate the activities of the assigned work team as Foreman, Journeyman, and Apprentice to facilitate project progress.

Monitor project progress and provide periodic, real-time updates to the Electrical Project Manager highlighting any potential risks or deviations from the plan.

Perform quality controls to ensure that project deliverables meet specific standards and client requirements.

Monitor and control the compliance of the staff's work schedules.

Supervise the execution times and the quality of the work performed.

Deliver progress reports of the work.

Ensure the continuous use of personal protective equipment by your work team.

Authorize the entry and exit of materials to the site.

Ensure compliance with current regulations in the development of electrical, safety, and communications installations

Objective

Support in the execution and monitoring of electrical projects to ensure their successful completion in close collaboration with the Electrical Project Manager and interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects within the scope, budget, and estimated schedule.
