THE POSITION:

We're looking for only the friendliest Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to work with our customers. New CSRs typically earn a base of $30,000 plus bonuses per year while Senior CSRs make up to $41,700 plus bonuses per year.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

We want our customers to love our service. And since their first contact with us usually starts with a CSR, they need to love our CSRs! If you easily relate to people and are dedicated to making their lives better, you may be the CSR we are looking for!

• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a retail setting.
• Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to relate well to a diverse customer base. Proficiency with office computer software. An ability to speak a second language is much appreciated!
• Characteristics: You must have strong attention to detail. Being highly organized with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments is a must. While most customers have a great experience, you need to be cool and calm when a customer is having a difficult time.
