Location: Littleton, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $110K–$130K base + semi-annual bonuses + full benefits
Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for client service and leadership? We’re seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join a dynamic public accounting environment. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee a team of accounting professionals, and provide advisory support that helps businesses and nonprofits achieve their goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as client manager, building strong relationships and advising on financial results and planning
- Oversee onboarding of new clients, including clean-up and transition of ongoing work
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries prepared by staff
- Mentor and supervise accounting team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
- Provide controller-level advisory support including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and ratio analysis
- Support audits, software conversions, payroll, sales/use tax, and monthly close activities
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 in public accounting
- Experience managing or supervising accounting teams
- Strong background in nonprofit accounting and advisory services a plus
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required; exposure to Karbon, Bill.com, Gusto, or similar tools helpful
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financials clearly to clients
