    Job Description

    We are currently searching for an Call Center Representative/Receptionist to assist in our administrative department. This virtual receptionist assistant will be the first to answer all inbound phone calls, assisting prospective clients and current clients with appointments, and more. During the pandemic and post-pandemic this is a virtual position.

    Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, all while paying strong attention to detail. All employees will be fully engaged and busy from the first day of work. This job is not only a demanding and fast-paced one but is also a very rewarding experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends
    • Ability to juggle multiple calls and projects
    • Strong administrative skills [filing, data entry, copying, phone calls]
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Communication Skills with co-workers Problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Requirements

    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Must be computer savvy

    Company Description

    Casa de la Familia addresses the mental health needs of individuals of all ages who have suffered a psychological trauma in a culturally relevant manner with dignity, compassion and mutual respect. The focus of the psychological treatment, education, and outreach we provide is to the under-served and most marginalized minority populations of Southern California. Casa de la Familia offers psychological counseling and/or psychiatric treatment to victims and their families to help them cope with the trauma of being either a victim or a witness of a crime. Additionally, CASA hosts educational events, attends fairs and symposiums, and also facilitates support groups at local community partner locations. CASA works primarily with Latinx victims of trauma.
