Job Description
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
• Experience working with youth, preferably court-involved youth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
• Experience facilitation of groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and creative reasoning skills
• Detail oriented
• Demonstrated initiative and independence
• Self-motivated and directed
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple cases, tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Willingness to remain calm under stressful situations
• Ability to comply with privacy and security policies and procedures
• Ability to apply youth development principles and commitment to work from a strengths-based perspective
• Passion to work with and support the positive development of youth and young adults
• Commitment to working with court-involved young people and a thorough understanding of the complex systems, issues and factors that affect them

SALARY: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
