Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Administer assessments for youth and families to inform family service plan
Conduct individual and family sessions – sessions will primarily take place in the home or community
Coordinate with all team members to ensure participants are meeting program goals and obtaining necessary services
Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner
Adhere to protocols and policies set by ACS Preventive Services
Provide culturally competent services in accordance with CASES policies and practices;
Develop and maintaining strategic alliances with community partners
Participate in team meetings and supervision
Participate in trainings internally and externally
Other duties as assigned by Team Leader
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Participate in internal and external trainings;
Other duties as assigned by Team Leader
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling with experience with youth and/or families
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Familiarity with ACS Preventive services and/or databases a plus
Thorough understanding of a strengths-based youth development approach to working with young people and families
A desire to engage with youth and families in a meaningful and supportive way
Some experience engaging youth
Ability to be creative and flexible
Commitment to active youth engagement through collaboration with youth and their families

SALARY: $60,000
