Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major or concentration in social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, community mental health, child and family studies, sociology, speech and hearing, or other human services field
- Two years of experience in (a) providing direct services to people with serious mental illness, development disabilities, or alcoholism or substance use disorder or in (b) linking individuals with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, or alcoholism or substance use disorder to a broad range of services essential to successful living in a community setting
- Advanced clinical skills in the engagement of high-need individuals with serious mental illness, including motivational interviewing, suicide prevention, risk screening, trauma-informed care, person-centered care planning and interventions, and recovery-oriented approaches
- Individuals with lived experience in the areas of mental health, substance use, or criminal justice involvement are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
