Job Description

CASES needs a Human Resources Intern who is passionate about learning and enchanting their skill set in HR. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform HR from transactional to strategic. This internship can be for one or two semesters and has the potential for growth over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Assist with recruitment and on-boarding.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee relations
• Review and implement an on-boarding process.
• Assist with new hire orientation and have an interest in learning HRIS 
• Light filing,help maintain compliance and other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student currently studying Human Resources, Human Services, Public Policy, Criminal Justice or a related field. School credit can be earned for this role.
• Advanced skills in  Microsoft office suite 
• Experience in ADP or an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Strong interest in and/or some experience with Human Resources
• Strong writing and organizational skills 
• Self-starter and self-directed; able to work independently on assigned projects 
• Planning and time management skills with attention to detail

We are flexible in hours but our business hours are  Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
