Therapist - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (Full-Time, LCSW/LMSW/LMHC only)
Job Description
• Meet required levels of service and productivity based on expected targets for kept appointments, utilization review findings, and progress of the client • Demonstrate the ability to provide treatment that is recovery-oriented, supports evidence-based practice and can clearly establish the status of the client • Conduct individual, family, group therapy as clinically indicated. • Utilize best and evidence-based approaches to treatment consistent with CASES’ organizational culture; health/mental health integration, rehabilitation and recovery, and understanding incarceration on treatment engagement. • Utilize dashboard data reports from the EHR to track client progress with symptom reduction, increased functioning, and use objective data to determine treatment needs and to support discharge planning. • Provide culturally competent services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, developmental status, criminal justice status, sexuality, age, and gender. • Participate in Quality Improvement Measures. • Report all incidents timely as outlined in CASES’ policies and procedures • Maintain all applicable standards of audit readiness. • Provide 24 hour emergency phone coverage on rotating basis • Attend and actively participate in supervision and mandatory trainings, seminars and staff development activities. • Any other duties as required by the supervisory and senior staff.
