  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support enhanced supervision activities including announced and unannounced home visits in response to concerns raised by pretrial social workers and case managers
    •  Accompany pretrial social worker and case manager on scheduled community visits and outreach activities
    • Conduct outreach and enforcement activities to facilitate positive outcomes for high risk participants
    • Support participants to comply with the supervised release conditions
    • Work jointly with pretrial social workers and case managers to make home visits
    • Conduct outreach when participants fail to attend supervision appointments
    • Work in the community to investigate information to reengage the participant to voluntarily surrender when warrants are executed
    • Return participants that are subject to violation and program termination
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College degree or equivalent experience;
    • At least one year of training and experience providing outreach services and/or support services to individuals with serious mental illness, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and/or involvement in the criminal justice system.
    • Fluency in Spanish preferred
