Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major or concentration in a relevant human services area.
- Five (5) years of experience in (a) providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illness (b) assisting individuals in their re-entry from incarceration to community settings, and (c) linking individuals with serious mental illness to a broad range of services essential to successful living in the community.
- Advanced clinical skills in the engagement of high-need individuals with serious mental illness, including motivational interviewing, suicide prevention, risk screening, trauma-informed care, person-centered care planning and interventions, and recovery-oriented approaches.
- Strong commitment to serving justice-involved individuals with behavioral health needs.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus.
- Individuals with lived experience in the areas of mental health, substance use, or criminal justice involvement are encouraged to apply.
