MARKETING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively promote and educate consumers on our client’s available services and benefits through one-on-one client meetings

• Develop and coordinate effective marketing strategies that will stand out against competitors

• Participate in required sales meetings and conference calls to maintain updated knowledge of our client’s promotions and services

• Acquire a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads

• Work harmoniously with our sales team to successfully promote brand awareness and increase sales margins

• Establish and maintain a consistent professional image while interacting with clients and coworkers

• Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively

MARKETING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business OR

• 0-3 years in the marketing, sales, promotions, or client relations industry

• Proactive; can-do approach; takes ownership of any situation

• Exceptional motivational and persuasion abilities

• Proven record of outstanding sales performance and achievement overturning objections

• Open-mind with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through various career paths

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills

• Well-spoken, poise, and professional demeanor with clients and consumers

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
