AS AN HRBP AT CBD KRATOM, you will contribute to the company's performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. You will perform HR-related duties in support of the Store Manager and Area Managers over the store level while also supporting more than one functional group. 

ABOUT YOU:

• Great collaborator capable of partnering with leadership to align HR strategy and business strategy.
• Skilled verbal and written communicator, able to deliver training in areas such as coaching tough conversations, how to do a proper investigation, and how to write corrective actions/PIPs.
• Improvement-minded, eager to coach the leadership team on actions such as team member relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and consulting on organizational design.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; analyzing trends and metrics in the company and collaborating with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage time well in a high-paced environment, able to handle issues as they arise while maintaining priorities.
• People-oriented, able to coordinate meetings and check-ins with Area Managers and leaders to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred. SHRM CP/SHRM SCP certification is a plus.
• Have 3 or more years of HR-related experience, preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time, visiting store locations in the scope of the position and connecting with team members.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite, or related software.
