    AS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER, you will work in-house with the Marketing Design Team to achieve visuals in line with overall marketing, brand, and company objectives.  You will follow the direction of the Marketing Director and Design Manager, and  will be responsible for the production and delivery of brand-aligned emails, social posts, print material and more for a variety of brands and retail stores. You will need to have a passion for design and be able to adjust your style and approach to suit a diverse list of brands and strategies. We are an inspired team and are constantly looking toward design trends while evolving our aesthetic and approach.

    The right candidate possesses a creative, strategic, and collaborative mindset to work hand-in-hand with cross-functional team members across the company to create and launch supporting marketing materials. This individual MUST be thoughtful, detail-oriented, and comfortable with quality control processes and reviewing their work prior to delivery, to ensure edits and updates are accurate and correct.

    Your main goal is to engage and grow our online presence and connect our audience with consistent, brand compliant, relevant and creative graphics that help define and push our existing brands to new levels.

    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging, brand-compliant visual media that communicates the desired message in an engaging and unified way.
    • Prepare multiple concepts of creative direction for project managers to review prior to final execution.
    • Collaborate with peers in the Marketing department to understand project assignment, audience, brand, and intended message.
    • Engage in collaborative feedback and quality control processes with the Marketing team.  Make revisions as necessary.
    • Apply design knowledge and expertise to take a project from concept to execution with little hand holding.
    • Consult with Design Manager, Marketing Director, and/or other team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.
    • Prepare print and digital assets for dissemination on notification of final approval.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • An understanding of B2C marketing including email marketing, for e-commerce - familiarity with platforms such as Omnisend and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, etc.
    • A healthy obsession with design and branding. You love seeing what other great brands are doing, understanding how consistency brings recognition,  and finding new ideas to push your own work forward.
    • Ability to get your hands dirty creating multiple designs, make revisions, and finding out what you need to complete your task. If you need more information on a product, brand, or project, you aren't afraid to ask.
    • A strong bias toward execution & results. You enjoy working independently and thrive when given freedom & flexibility but you are not married to your work.
    • Fantastic organizational skills - you're able to juggle multiple brands and projects at a time without losing your head.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software.
    • Organized with impeccable attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently on an assignment along with ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.
    • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2C Retail Marketing, branding, and e-commerce.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
