SUMMARY:

CBDfx is seeking to hire an experienced Web Developer for the hottest CBD brand on the market today. At CBDfx, you’ll join a young, fun, successful and super-fast moving company full of creative people dedicated to bringing high-quality CBD products to markets around the globe. Wellness is at the heart of everything we do—from gummies to capsules and tinctures to topicals, we’re constantly innovating to create the most effective CBD products available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
• Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
• Plan future website upgrades with the development team
• Follow best practices in regards to version control and documentation
• Assist in the development of features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well

PLATFORMS:

• 1+ year experience working with BigCommerce
• 2+ years experience working with Shopify w/ Advanced Shopify Development

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Handlebars / Liquid
• JavaScript / jQuery
• CSS / SASS w/ a mobile-first mentality
• Bootstrap
• HTML5
• Git
• On-page SEO, Speed Optimization, Accessibility
• Nice to have:
• PHP
• Ruby
• WordPress / WooCommerce
• Experience w/ APIs
• Shopify Wholesale Club App

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ Years Front End Development - Bootstrap, eCommerce
