CBIZ is hiring for our client in the construction supply business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare timely month end, quarterly, & year-end financials
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervise all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, P/R, and GL
• Provide operational/financial information to the owner
• Supervise/prepare regulatory reports
• Work directly with outside CPA firm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent computer skills and spreadsheet experience
• Must have experience with accounting software other than QuickBooks
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• 7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Significant experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
