Your Quests (Essential Duties):

• Provide architectural guidance (not just for castles!) and assess environments for the best behavior strategies.
• Accomplish missions galore to fulfill organizational dreams.
• Expand our kingdom through marketing and outreach adventures.
• Maintain customer loyalty with policies and procedures (no dragons allowed!).
• Ensure protocols and systems shine with fidelity (magic wands not included).
• Project manage with prowess and deliver results monthly.
• Collaborate with a merry band of specialists to achieve greatness.
• This job is like a solo adventure - no need to shepherd the RBT flock (No RBT supervision required).

Your Skills and Artifacts (Minimum Requirements):

• Master's Degree in psychology, ABA, Education, or similar magical arts.
• Certified by the BACB (Board of Authentic Certification in Behaviorism).
• Wordsmith extraordinaire with spells in verbal and written communication.
• Charismatic in interpersonal and customer service sorcery.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (potions class optional).
• Keeper of organizational order and detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical wizardry (record keeping and filing enchantments).

Your Realm (Working Environment):

• Comfortable in various enchanted settings: client's homes, school districts, and beyond.
• Mastery of prolonged sitting and computer wizardry.
• Might be called upon for feats of strength (lifting up to 15 pounds) and occasional heroics (peer QBS training).
