Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team.     Position: BCBA Consultant

    Location: Greater Seattle Area, WA (clients' homes, school districts, and more!)

    Job Description: As a BCBA Consultant at Connections, you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work on a variety of consultancy cases, including school, caregiver training, and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) cases. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and develop programs and interventions that make a real difference.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide architectural guidance and assess environments for recommendations
    • Accomplish department and organization mission through impactful results
    • Boost clientele through marketing and outreach efforts
    • Ensure quality assurance of protocols and systems for fidelity of consultation
    • Implement project management processes and deliver monthly results
    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in education and behavioral health
    • Conduct assessments in various settings and develop effective plans
    • Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to presentations, workshops, and trainings

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master's Degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
    • BACB certification
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

    Working Environment:

    • Mix of desk work and various settings (clients' homes, school districts)
    • Physical demands include moving and engaging with clients
