Ciprani Consulting is helping an established and experienced top real estate team to seek of a high-energy, positive, results-driven Marketing Coordinator. Candidates must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and independently, in a fast-paced environment. This person should have a track record of success in marketing and be able to showcase their talent. This individual is responsible for managing social media accounts and websites as well as creating marketing content including but not limited to event flyers, listing write-ups, agent business cards, and yard signs. They will ensure all social accounts are up to date and that content is scheduled daily. In this role, the individual will gain insight into various aspects, including understanding the process of listing properties on the Bright MLS system, crafting compelling property descriptions, and engaging with clients to assess their property's performance about advertising efforts overseen by the marketing coordinator. Expectations for this position include regular overtime commitments and availability to attend property listings for client meetings. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Take the lead in spearheading marketing initiatives for the brokerage, as well as enhancing branding efforts for agents and teams • Coordinate and manage activities related to events • Promote the brand and full marketing plan to support current and future growth strategies • Maintain and update the CRM systems • Design and deploy marketing collateral and campaigns that are purposeful • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy as needed • Develop and/or maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, and product marketing of listings including e-blasts and direct mail • Report monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Interact with followers and the public via social media channels as appropriate • Develop creative marketing initiatives • Stay current with the latest social media trends and technologies in real estate Qualifications: • Local to the area - Lancaster • At least 2 years of marketing experience • Content creation or Graphic Design (one year required) • Search Engine Optimization (one year experience) • Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required • Knowledge or desire to learn how to execute social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns • Knowledge or desire to learn Photo and video editing • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Creative problem-solving skills • Outstanding organization • Tech savvy; up-to-date with latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • In-depth social media experience required • Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude so the agents in the team can focus on selling.
