    A full-time real estate recruiter is needed to identify agents who could be a good fit for the team. It will be your duty to verify that each applicant satisfies our high-performance requirements, possesses the required credentials, and meshes well with the team's culture. For this position, we are looking for a professional who is well-organized, meticulous, and able to spot talent. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in recruiting systems and business models, and they will have a demonstrated history of success as a leader (though this is not a must). Qualifications: • Broker Real Estate License • Recruiting Experience • Real Estate Industry Experience • US Work Authorization • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment or a similar role • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Expected Earnings
