Ciprani Consulting is helping an established and experienced top real estate team to seek a high-energy, positive, results-driven, and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building our brand’s online presence, engaging with industry influencers, creating compelling branded content across our social media platforms, and keeping the team updated with monthly analytic reports. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Develop our organization’s online presence with our digital marketing team • Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts • Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities • Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related major • Deep knowledge of current industry trends across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram • 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills • Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
