As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and licensed Associate Broker to join our team. The Associate Broker role is pivotal to our continued growth and success. The Associate Broker will primarily focus on recruiting talented real estate professionals to enhance the brokerage. This role does not involve direct sales but instead centers on identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our brokerage. Compensation: • $100,000 - $120,000 Expected Earnings • Bonus Structure Included • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment efforts to attract skilled real estate professionals • Source, screen, and onboard new agents • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and industry contacts to facilitate recruitment efforts • Collaborate with management to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives • Assist in the development of training programs and materials for new agents • Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance to new and existing agents • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify recruitment opportunities • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote the brokerage and attract potential candidates • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information and recruitment metrics Qualifications: • Must hold a valid real estate license and Brokers License • Proven experience in real estate recruiting • Strong understanding of the real estate market • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment or a similar role • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Expected Earnings
